Shipping policy

You can always expect this from us:

• Ordered before 23:59 = delivered tomorrow (NL/BE)
• For Germany 1-2 days applies.
• For the rest of Europe, the standard is 2-3 working days, with a maximum of 4.

In some cases it may unfortunately take a little longer, because there have been delays at PostNL or DHL. If you have not received the package after 4 working days, please contact our customer service.

You will receive an email as soon as your package is given to DHL or PostNL. This email contains your Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

If the delivery service cannot deliver the package to you or your neighbors, they will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on their website when they can visit you. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors or at a collection point. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day.
