We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there are risks and uncertainties associated with online shopping, so we are happy to accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can register the item for return within 30 days. You then have another 14 days to return it to us.

Who pays the costs of return shipping?
If you want to return a product to www.vultusofficial.com, these costs will be borne by us, the seller. Only returns with Track & Trace are accepted. This is important so that we can see where the return shipment is at all times.
